7 Year-Old Brutally Beaten and Burnt For Stealing Garri!

According to reports, this boy was beaten and burnt to death for attempting to steal a cup of Garri in Lagos. Jungle justice is a NO NO and perpetrators should be brought to book!
To do this to a boy? It is wrong, wrong wrong... no other words for it.
