Hope Builders Foundation, a non-governmental
organization (NGO) on Thursday 5th of October, 2017 held their
series of vocational training for secondary school students at Hall of Fame
Academy, Baruwa, Ipaja, Lagos.

Hope Builders Foundation, a
non-governmental organization (NGO) that focuses on the training of women and youth
in different vocations has trained more than 2000 women and youth since it was
founded in 2008.

The executive director, Mrs.
Folayemisi Adu, while welcoming the students to the event which was held in the
school Hall, gave a brief history of the organization. She highlighted the
importance of vocational studies and advised them to take the lessons
seriously.

In her address, the special guest
at the event, Mrs. Stella Olubunmi Francis, the executive director of Glowing
Splints Development Initiative, an NGO with passion for skills development for
women and youths, implored the students to develop a skill and be good at it. She
however told them to be focused and take their academics seriously.

Hope Builders Foundation will be visiting St. Philomena Orphanage at Baruwa, Ipaja to celebrate independence with them on Saturday, 7th October. They will also be presenting them with gifts and announcing their "adopt an orphanage" project.
