LBIC And AERA Sell Another Abesan Property For N20m!

Another Property, GONE!!!
LBIC Sells Another Abesan Property For N20m
AERA Collects Share
Alimosho Standard has just learnt that LBIC and AERA have sold another collective property of Abesan Residents to one Mr. Adebowale Adeoye represented by Beaulahniche Nigeria Limited, a construction company who are currently on site in Baale area of Abesan.
The sale of this property is coming at a time the residents of Abesan are saying No to the sale of all property in the estate. It will be recalled that the present AMEN Centre at L/S bus stop in Abesan was sold to a developer which caused a lot of rancor among the residents and even among AERA executives because many believe the Agreement with the Developer of the project was not well prepared.
At the last meeting of Abesan Estate Residents Association (AERA), held on Sunday 31 January, many residents complained bitterly at how all the public toilets in Abesan have been sold to private individuals, property that should be enjoyed by the people of Abesan. The original Plan of Abesan Estate has places where public toilets, libraries and many other infrastructure are to be built but all have been sold to private individuals. Many believe that while such monumental property should be kept and maintained, the present leadership of AERA in conjunction with LBIC, are selling them off.

one of the residents of Abesan who spoke with Alimosho Standard complained bitterly at the present leadership of AERA, he said they have not been able to embark on any project to improve the lives of the people but have sold all the sellables in Abesan. "Posterity will judge everyone", he concluded.
