Thief Breaks Into House Through The Wall

According to a Facebook user, Dele Aina, luck ran out of this thief who broke into someone's house while he was away at work through the wall and stole a lot of valuables. he left and came back for other things when he was caught. read the full story as narrated by Dele after the cut

"A thief went to a friend's place while he was away at work just yesterday. The thief after scaling the barb wire fence with the aid of a cloth, used the filled up gas cylinder he saw in the compound to break part of the wall leading into the sitting room and went about packing what he could.
Thankfully, the bedrooms were locked and the doors are those tight security ones. Seeing he couldn't get much to steal, he decided to remove the plasma tv from the wall, took some other things he could lay his hands on and took off.
You know how he was caught, the thief came back to pick up the 30 litres fuel he saw in the Gen house and it was then a passer by noticed the scenario and screamed out "Ole Ole Oleeeeeeeee". People that were at home in the afternoon rushed out and the estate vigilante group also came running.
My friend was informed and he had to rush down home and those are the pictures revealing how the thief went in and out of his house.
The thief could have been lynched because people's temper is on the high side these days but my friend insisted that he should not be touched and he was handed over to appropriate authority.
The rate of crime has seriously increased in the country and it's highly disheartening. If he has been lynched, different stories might probably have come up which would have downplayed the fact that he went to someone's house to steal.
Some would even say, what's the big deal in all what he stole? But I'm sure we all know how easy it is to put your little kobo together to do something for yourself in Nigeria especially when you're a civil servant.
I'm happy for my friend that the thief was caught and made to return all that he stole and my friend didn't have to cry like a baby whose father is under recession since he would have had to replace the stolen items and we all know how expensive things are now."
