An unidentified middle-aged man tragically collapsed and passed away this morning at the Youth Centre in Abesan Estate, Ipaja, Lagos, .
The unfortunate incident occurred during the regular daily football training and exercise on the field.
Attempts made to reach out to the facility's manager to get more information has been unfruiful as he did not respond to calls or messages.

UPDATE: The facility manager, Mr Fakunle reached out to us. He noted that the player fainted during the training and was rushed to the hospital.
