A Leader with a Vision, Fatoki's journey in public service began as the National Organizing Secretary of the South West Youth Alliance Forum, a position he has held since 2006. He also founded Joorefade Initiatives in 2011, aimed at developing youths to transform their communities through leadership training.

Fatoki's dedication to youth empowerment earned him the Excellence in Leadership award as the Best Youth Leader by the South West Youth Alliance Forum in 2014. Currently, he serves as Senior Government and Large Enterprise Business Relations Officer at TRANSMIOS NIGERIA. He holds a BSc in Mechanical Technology from Rivers State University of Technology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Public Relations from the Nigerian Institute of Journalism, Lagos. He has also benefited from capacity-building programs, including certifications in Negotiations & Persuasion and AI Fundamental: Governance Course & Artificial Intelligence.
