ZENITH BANK UNVEILS UPGRADED MOBILE APP WITH INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER AND MORE
Redesigned app brings global banking to customers' fingertips
Zenith Bank Plc has launched a revamped version of its mobile banking app, raising the bar for digital banking in Nigeria with a host of new features including seamless international money transfers that customers can now execute directly from their smartphones.
The new app, available on both Android and iOS, allows users to make local and foreign transfers, pay bills, recharge airtime, and manage their accounts around the clock. A built-in Forex Currency Exchange Rate and Conversion Calculator makes it easier for customers to plan international transactions before initiating them.
A previous bug that prevented customers from inputting account numbers during foreign transfers has also been fixed in the new version, addressing a major pain point for users who regularly send money abroad.
Beyond transfers, the app now offers Personal Finance Management tools, allowing customers to track spending patterns and set savings goals. A Card Management section lets users view card history, activate or deactivate cards, and manage PINs. There is also a Lifestyle section for booking flights, hotels, and transportation, as well as a Dubai Visa processing feature under Products and Services.
Security has been significantly strengthened, with two-factor authentication combining a password and mobile PIN, device locking, and biometric login support on compatible devices.
Zenith Bank has advised all customers to update their apps immediately from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store to enjoy the full benefits of the new experience.
